Designing and Making Kini's Magic Uke

I started making ukuleles 16 years ago and waited until I retired in 2022 to take the next steps forward. The standard ukulele in the picture above was completed in less than 45 minutes and played a few minutes later. Plans to construct new ukulele designs have already begun. The new designs I hope will encourage ukulele playing and make instrument practice and playing easier. I’ve enjoyed coming up with unconventional ideas -- modifying the standard designs and creating unique instrument sounds. Stay tuned for more announcements.

Kini's Magic Uke

Make a standard ukulele - Kini's Magic Uke!

Custom 4-String Tenor Koa Ukulele

This is the first ukulele I made in 2006. This is a custom 4-string Tenor Koa ukulele with a low G tuning.

Super Tenor Ukulele

This ukulele has an extra thick body for better tonal resonance and 24 frets for the extended range.
